REFUND POLICY
All completed orders are final. We do not offer refunds for general dissatisfaction, change of mind, or allergies. We also do not accept returns due to hygiene, quality, and product safety reasons.
For special cases, we may require you to return the item(s) in their original condition. A full or partial refund will then be issued to your original method of payment.
Return & Replacement
If your THREE package arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, you may email us at hello@threecosmetics.my to request a replacement, including your order number and photo proof of the faulty order.
For incorrect orders, we will require you to return the package in its original condition, and the delivery fee will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Important Note: Return and replacement requests are valid within 48 hours of package delivery.;
