Yes. Points earned between 1 January – 30 June will expire on 30 June. Points earned between 1 July – 31 December will expire on 31 December. This cycle aligns with our biannual points redemption period in June and December.

For Level 02 and Level 03 members, you will receive an email on your birthday with a designated discount code. This code includes free shipping and is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt, with no minimum spend.
